As a Plumbing Installer with Apple Air, you’ll work alongside experienced technicians to install, maintain, and repair residential plumbing systems. Job Responsibilities:
- Install Plumbing Systems: Install, replace, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures, including toilets, faucets, water heaters, and perform soldering tasks
- System Testing & Inspections: Inspect and test plumbing systems to ensure safety, functionality, water quality, and code compliance in residential properties
- Repairs & Troubleshooting: Handle common plumbing repairs and resolve issues identified during inspections and customer service calls
- Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers, troubleshoot problems, and provide solutions while ensuring excellent customer service
- Service Calls & Estimates: Respond to call-outs and provide accurate cost estimates for installation and repair services.
- Service Titan Knowledge: Experience with Service Titan is a plus, assisting in scheduling, job management, and customer communication.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all work meets safety standards and adheres to local plumbing codes and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-5 years of plumbing installation experience, with a strong understanding of residential plumbing systems.
- Communication Skills: Excellent listening and communication skills for working with customers and team members.
- Technical Skills: Ability to perform plumbing installations, soldering, and standard plumbing repairs.
- Tools & Equipment: Proficiency with plumbing tools and equipment, and the ability to handle various plumbing systems and fixtures.
- Customer Service: Strong customer service skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and offer clear solutions.
- License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Service Titan Knowledge: Familiarity with Service Titan or similar job management software is a plus.
