Job Responsibilities:

• Perform Routine Maintenance: Conduct inspections, tune-ups, and preventative maintenance on residential HVAC systems

• Ensure System Efficiency: Check for wear and tear, test system performance, and clean components to maintain efficiency and reliability

• Report Findings & Recommendations: Provide detailed assessments of HVAC systems and make professional maintenance or repair suggestions

• Engage with Customers: Clearly explain findings and maintenance procedures to homeowners in a friendly and professional manner

• Document Work: Accurately complete maintenance checklists, work orders, and reports

• Follow Safety Standards: Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines during each service call

• Collaborate with Technicians: Work with other service team members for escalated issues or recommendations for upgrades and repairs

• Use Industry Tools: Utilize diagnostic tools and maintenance equipment safely and effectively

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of HVAC maintenance experience preferred

• HVAC certification or technical/trade school education

• Strong understanding of HVAC system components and preventative care

• Familiarity with local safety codes and maintenance regulations

• Ability to use diagnostic and basic repair tools effectively

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
