Job Responsibilities:
- Inbound & Outbound Calls – Handle a high volume of customer calls related to scheduling service, answering inquiries, and managing overflow support.
- Booking Appointments – Assist customers via phone and email in scheduling maintenance or repair appointments with professionalism and accuracy.
- Sales & Promotions – Inform and upsell customers on maintenance plans and promotional service offerings.
- Customer Follow-Up – Contact customers from the previous day to confirm satisfaction, resolve concerns, and reinforce Apple Air’s commitment to service excellence.
- Scheduling Coordination – Make 100+ outbound calls daily to schedule tune-ups, maintenance visits, and service follow-ups.
- Review Management – Monitor and respond to online customer reviews, both positive and negative, to protect and enhance our strong local reputation.
- CRM & Recordkeeping – Accurately update customer records, service history, and notes in ServiceTitan or similar CRM platforms.
Qualifications:
- Customer Service Experience – 2+ years in a call center, office support, or service-based administrative role preferred.
- Communication Skills – Excellent verbal and written communication with a professional and helpful attitude.
- Organizational Ability – Able to manage multiple tasks, high call volumes, and scheduling responsibilities with attention to detail.
- Team-Oriented – Dependable, trustworthy, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
- Technology Proficiency – Comfort with using CRM systems (ServiceTitan experience is a plus).
- Adaptability – Reliable transportation and flexibility to work shifts based on business needs.
